Returning a Brand New, Unopened Item (Excludes Trading Cards)
Returning a brand-new, unopened item in its original packaging is easy:
- Write your order number on a piece of paper and place it inside the box.
- Mail the package to the following address:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returning a New Item with Open Packaging
If the item is new but the packaging has been opened, please contact us for further instructions:

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any used items.
Opened but still new items may qualify for store credit at the discretion of Limitless RC.
Trading Card Game (TCG) Sales Policy
Due to the collectible and randomized nature of Trading Card Game products, all sales involving Pokémon cards, sports cards, trading card games, booster packs, booster boxes, tins, elite trainer boxes, mystery products, collectible card accessories, and all other trading card-related items are considered final.
⚠️ NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES — ALL SALES FINAL — NO EXCEPTIONS.
This policy applies to:
- Sealed products
- Opened products
- Damaged packaging
- Manufacturer packaging variations
- Pull rates or pack contents
- Duplicate cards
- Buyer’s remorse
- Pricing or market fluctuations
Once purchased, trading card products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Limitless RC reserves the right to refuse any return, refund request, exchange, or cancellation involving trading card products.
If a trading card product arrives visibly damaged during shipping, customers must contact Limitless RC within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging materials for claim verification.
General Return Guidelines
Packaging
When packing merchandise for return, please use protective fillers inside the box to help prevent damage during shipping.
Insurance & Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned packages are properly packaged, insured, and shipped with tracking information.
Limitless RC is not responsible for:
- Merchandise lost in transit
- Packages not received by Limitless RC
- Damage incurred during shipping
If a package is lost or damaged during transit, the shipping carrier may reimburse the customer if proper insurance was purchased.
Processing Time
A notification will be sent to the email address associated with your Limitless RC account once a refund or store credit has been processed. Please allow 1–3 business days after we receive your package for processing.
Defective Items
If your item is defective, please contact us immediately:

Some manufacturers allow us to process warranties in-house, while others may require warranty claims to be handled directly through the manufacturer.
If the manufacturer does not resolve your claim to your satisfaction, please contact us for additional assistance.
Warranty Notes
- Warranty coverage applies only as described by the product manufacturer
- Proof of purchase is required
- Warranty approval or replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of Limitless RC and/or the manufacturer
- Collateral damage is not covered under manufacturer warranties
Limitless RC reserves the right to refuse merchandise found to be free of defects.
Refused Packages
If delivery of a package is refused, the order will be refunded once the package is returned to our store.
Refunds for refused packages will exclude:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping charges billed to Limitless RC by the carrier
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Limitless RC within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be asked to:
- Provide photos of the package and damaged items
- Retain all packaging materials
- Return damaged products for inspection
Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect claim eligibility.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and shipping regulation reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Fuel
- Lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries
- Hazardous materials
- Opened chemicals or fluids
- Trading Card Game products (see TCG Policy above)
Additional Terms & Conditions
Limitless RC reserves the right to:
- Refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above
- Deny returns showing signs of use, installation, abuse, or modification
- Charge restocking fees when applicable
- Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
